Sign up for MyGSWater, a self-service web portal where customers are enrolled in paperless billing, can access payment history, schedule online payments and manage a personalized online profile.
Make one-time payments online or by mobile device using your checking account, debit or credit card, check or even cash with KUBRA EZ-PAY Click on the link below or download the mobile application available for both iPhone and Android.
Payments made after 5:00 pm will be posted the next business day.
Beginning December 1, 2020, paperless billing will be distributed through Golden State Water Company’s MyGSWater customer portal. To continue enjoying the convenience of paperless billing, it’s critical that you sign up for MyGSWater today.
Automatic Payments
Enroll in Golden State Water’s Electronic Funds Transfer or Automatic Payment System. Each billing period, Golden State Water will automatically deduct the total amount due from your checking or savings account on the due date shown on your bill.

The water meter reads like an automobile odometer. Instead of
miles, it measures cubic feet of water. Each cubic foot is equal
to 7.48 gallons of water. Customers are charged for each hundred
cubic feet (Ccf), or 748 gallons.
In the illustration below, the numbers under the words “CUBIC
FEET” reflect the total number of cubic feet of water recorded
since the meter was installed. Because our charge is based on
units of 100 cubic feet (Ccf), the meter reader discards the last
two numbers with the black background. So the current reading
would be 817.
